Mobile Suit Gundam UC RE:0096 (機動戦士ガンダムUC <ユニコーン> RE:0096, Kidō Senshi Gundam Unicorn RE:0096) est une série TV de la célèbre licence Gundam, produite par le studio Sunrise, qui a débuté au Japon en Avril 2016. C'est l'adaptation au format télévision de la série d'OAV du même nom, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn qui est parue entre 2014 et 2014.

Intrigue

U.C. 0096. Trois ans se sont écoulés depuis la conclusion de la Seconde Guerre contre Neo-Zeon. La Fondation Vist, que l’on soupçonne de manipuler à la fois Anaheim Electronics et le gouvernement fédéral, s’apprête à céder un objet secret aux Manchettes, les survivants de Neo-Zeon, dans l’espoir de créer un monde nouveau. Ceci pourrait conduire à l’ouverture de la Boîte de Laplace, qui contient un terrible secret lié aux origines du Siècle Universel. L’échange doit avoir lieu sur la colonie industrielle Industrial 7. C’est là qu’habite Banagher Links, un jeune lycéen qui sauve une jeune fille piégée dans la zone en apesanteur de la colonie. Elle prétend s’appeler Audrey Burn et cherche à empêcher une guerre. Mais Banagher se retrouve bientôt entraîné dans les intrigues qui entourent la Boîte de Laplace, comme attiré par quelque chose d’enraciné au plus profond de ses gènes. (Source Crunchyroll)
